We aim to deliver delightful albums, but if the service misses the mark we offer clear refunds. Read on to see when you qualify.

Request timeline
Submit requests within 7 days of delivery with supporting details. We may ask for samples while investigating.
Refund process
- We issue refunds through the original payment method.
- Partial refunds may apply if assets were already delivered or used.
- Custom work already published cannot be fully refunded.
Cancellations
Cancel before production for full eligibility. Once we start work, charges cover the time invested.
Dispute resolution
